Brundu bronze-drawn Linguine with sea bass tartare, bottarga and red prawn prepared by Chef Carlo Ledda, all strictly locally sourced.
Andrea Brundu started milling durum wheat for the families of Nule back in 1923. Thanks to his millstones, electricity was introduced to the small village in the mountains of northern Sardinia for the first time.
This marked the beginning of a great innovative spirit that still characterises the Brundu family and their long dedication to the production of semolina and pasta.
Investing in high-quality pasta is a way to enhance your dining experience and take care of your body.
Have a nice meal!
Sardinia, a Blue Zone land, with its pure air and high quality food, can be defined as the place that symbolises longevity.
Here, the healthy habits of the people are intertwined with the extraordinary beauty of the island and its enchanting nature, creating a unique combination. Sardinian centenarians are witnesses to a life lived in harmony with this reality and their traditions, especially those related to food production and preparation, are a treasure we allow us to jealously guard over time.
