Born from the depths of the crystal clear sea of the Island of Mal di Ventre, in the marine reserve of Sinis in the west of Sardinia, our Cocciola. An innovative pasta format, born from the ingenuity of our pasta factory and inspired by the mother-of-pearl shell that covers the pristine beaches of the island: cocciua, in Sardinian language. A tribute to the wild beauty of this land and an invitation to taste its authentic flavors.
